Gareth Bale didn’t have the best of games against Valencia and fans at the Bernabeu didn’t take too kindly to his performance, whistling him off the pitch. Here are some reactions on the whistles by Marcelo, Ramos and Butragueno. Bale was subbed off for Vazquez against Valencia- a game Real drew 2-2 at home despite having plenty of chances to take all three points

Butragueno– All players know this can happen. He must work hard & play better next game. He’ll be important for us this year.

Ramos– It’s always happened and won’t change. The Bernabeu makes us feel the need to improve when they see we are not doing well. It’s not nice but you’ve try and get over it. A touch of attention is not bad either.

Marcelo– When the Bernabeu whistles at you it is normal, you have to work hard so that they don’t whistle you.
